Customer engagement specialist announce 40% revenue growth and strengthening of senior management team with CX and technology hires. Rant & Rave, the UK leader in real-time customer engagement technology, has today announced double-digit business growth and team expansion, fueled by a growing customer base and strategic expansion plans. Rant & Rave, which works with half of the FTSE, including Barclays, easyJet and Sky, has increased revenue by 40% over the past financial year. They have also doubled their UK team, including significant investment in their product innovation team. This increased revenue is attributed to higher demand for customer engagement solutions; with Rant & Rave adding brands such as Calor, Plusnet, Sky and Sage to its client roster.
